RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY:

  • No cancellations or refunds are allowed on Front Splitter Kits, Front Splitter Blades, special order items, custom made to order parts, or pre-ordered items.
  • All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
  • The restocking fee covers the cost of our credit card processing and restocking process.
  • If you wish to retain store credit, the restocking fee may be waived. Please inquire for details.
  • Items you wish to return MUST be approved prior to your return. Contact us for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) and specify your reason for return.
  • All return inquiries must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Approved Returns MUST be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your RMA#.
  • Returned items must be in unopened and in original packaging.
  • Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. Approved refunds are issued within 2-3 days.
  • Exchanges are subject to second shipping charges unless there was a mistake made by Racebred Components. If a mistake was made by Racebred Components, we will provide a return shipping label for you to use to make the exchange.

SHIPPING POLICY:

*Due high order volume, Splitter Kits and Splitter Blades may take up to 8-10 weeks for production. In-stock products may take up to 3-5 business days to ship. Please refer to specific inventory status on product page.

  • Please allow 3-5 Business Days for standard in-stock products to ship.
  • All splitters are custom made to order with a standard turnaround time of 3-4 weeks.*
  • Shipping costs online are not valid for multiple Splitter Kits, Splitter Blades, or product combination orders. Secondary rates will apply - our staff will contact you after your order has been placed.
  • Oversized shipping costs may apply to custom sized splitters outside the standard dimensions - our staff will contact you after your order has been placed.
  • International Shipping available. Please email us at sales@racebredcomponents.com for a shipping quote.
  • Shipping costs valid for Continental U.S. only.
  • Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • If you have not received an item or received a damaged item, please keep the packaging and contact us within 14 days to process a shipping claim. DO NOT discard of the packaging.
  • Shipping claims may take 5-7 business days to be processed/approved.

LOCAL PICKUP POLICY:

By choosing to do local pickup, you acknowledge that you are able to pick up your order on the scheduled appointment date. Failure to show up to your scheduled appointment without 24 hour notice will incur a $50 No-Show Fee. No-show fees must be paid in order to re-schedule or shipping charges will be applied. Curbside pickup appointments have a 15 minute grace period. No exceptions.

Curbside pickups must be made within 30 days of receiving order pick up emails. If order is not picked up within 30 days, products will be returned to inventory or fulfilled to the next-in-queue for high-demand items.

CANCELLATIONS/ORDER ADJUSTMENTS POLICY:

All orders placed online or by phone are processed instantly. Please note that once an order is submitted for a Front Splitter Kit or Front Splitter Blade, production is automated and cannot be stopped/cancelled at this point. For all other products, please email us at sales@racebredcomponents.com if you wish to cancel or adjust your order before shipping. Our team will make every effort to accommodate changes if possible. No returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on Front Splitter Kits or Front Splitter Blades. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Due to the cost of processing refunds, there will be a 10% cancellation fee on all orders placed but canceled prior to shipping.* This does not apply to returns & exchanges. Please refer to returns & exchanges if your order has already shipped. *Fees can be subject to change without notice.

Racebred Components will not be required to treat any submission as confidential, and will not be liable for any ideas for its business (including without limitation, product, or advertising ideas) and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in future Racebred Components operations. Without limitation, Racebred Components will have exclusive ownership of all present and future existing rights to the submission of every kind and nature everywhere. Except as noted below in this paragraph, Racebred Components will be entitled to use the submission for any commercial or other purpose whatsoever without compensation to you or any other person sending the submission. Personally identifiable information that may be received at this site is provided voluntarily by a visitor to this site. This information is for internal purposes only and is not sold or otherwise transferred to third parties of Racebred Components or to other entities who are not involved in the operation of this site. Therefore, the above right to use submissions is subject to this limited use of this information and excludes non-retained information. You acknowledge that you are responsible for whatever material you submit, and you, not Racebred Components, have full responsibility for the message, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright. Without acknowledged, written communication, Racebred Components has the right to photograph and/or portray photos submitted for purposes of marketing, including but not limited to flyers, web, tradeshows, television and other forms of media.

Rights Granted by you: By submitting any content, including but not limited to text, photos, audio and video, through this site or via email or any other medium, you understand that Racebred Components, anyone acting on behalf of Racebred Components, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your content, including, without limitation, the entry and name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the content, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

JURISDICTION: 
Except as described otherwise, all materials in the Racebred Components site are made available only to provide information about Racebred Components. Racebred Components controls and operates this site from its headquarters and makes no representation that these materials are appropriate or available for use in all locations. If you use this site from other locations you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws any such list.

TERMINATION: 
Racebred Components or you may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate this agreement by destroying: (a) all materials obtained from all Racebred Components sites, and (b) all related documentation and all copies and installations(together, the “Materials”). Racebred Components may terminate this agreement immediately without notice if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials.

MISCELLANEOUS: 
These Terms and Conditions will be governed and be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of California, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Possible evidence of use of this site for illegal purposes will be provided to law enforcement authorities. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of this site. Racebred Components can revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. Racebred Components products and services are available in many parts of the world; however, the Racebred Components site may describe products and services that are not available worldwide. This site may be linked to other sites which are not maintained by Racebred Components. Racebred Components is not responsible for the content of those sites. The inclusion of any link to such sites does not imply endorsement by Racebred Components of the sites.

DISCLAIMER: 

All Racebred Components products are manufactured for off-road use and are not intended for use on public streets. Unless otherwise noted, all Racebred Components products are designed to be used for the application stated and or accompanying Racebred Components parts. Due to the nature of racing, all variances in conditions and use cannot be foreseen and therefore the safety of any person associated with use of our products is out of our control and we cannot be held liable for said event or any product failures due to unforeseen events or improper use or abuse. All brackets and splitters are to be chassis mounted and cannot be bumper fastened. Depending on bumper design, splitter size, material or diffuser tunnels attachments, additional bracing with cables or rods may be required and is left to users discretion. Due to frame variances, fitment modifications or trimming may be necessary. 


CAR AND ENGINE MODIFICATIONS CAN RESULT IN INJURY AND MAYBE DEATH. Any modifications done to your car, or any circumstances consequential, are AT YOUR OWN RISK. Contact your car’s manufacturer to determine whether or not your modifications affect your safety, vehicle warranty, performance, and anything else related to your automobile. Racebred Components holds no liability in any damages (DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPT OR OTHERWISE) occurring to you, your vehicle, or any other persons or property.

Contact your local authorities to find out what modifications are allowed and which are illegal on public highway. Most parts have been are intended for off-road use only. Federal and many State laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device using or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. If such laws are violated, Buyers are subject to fines and/or penalties issued by the state or local government where the violation occurs..
