RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

• No cancellations or refunds are allowed on Front Splitter Kits, Front Splitter Blades, Splitter Brackets, special order items, custom made to order parts, pre-ordered items, or orders placed with promotional codes or periods.
  
• Any approved returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
• Restocking fees cover the cost of our credit card processing and restocking process.
• If you wish to retain store credit, the restocking fee may be waived. Please inquire for details.
• Items you wish to return MUST be approved prior to your return. Contact us for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) and specify your reason for return.
• All return inquiries must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Approved Returns MUST be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your RMA#.
• Returned items must be in unopened and in original packaging. No exceptions.
• Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
• Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. Approved refunds are issued within 2-3 days.
• Exchanges are subject to second shipping charges unless there was a mistake made by Racebred Components. If a mistake was made by Racebred Components, we will provide a return shipping label for you to use to make the exchange.

CANCELLATIONS/ORDER ADJUSTMENTS:

All orders placed online or by phone are processed instantly. Please note that once an order is submitted for a Front Splitter Kit or Front Splitter Blade, production is automated and cannot be stopped/cancelled at this point. For all other products, please email us at sales@racebredcomponents.com if you wish to cancel or adjust your order before shipping. Our team will make every effort to accommodate changes if possible. No returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on Front Splitter Kits or Front Splitter Blades. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Due to the cost of processing refunds, there will be a 10% cancellation fee on all orders placed but canceled prior to shipping.* This does not apply to returns & exchanges. Please refer to returns & exchanges if your order has already shipped. *Fees can be subject to change without notice.
