Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

*Due high order volume, Splitter Kits and Splitter Blades may take up to 8 weeks for production. In-stock products may take up to 3-5 business days to ship. Please refer to specific inventory status on product page.

  • Please allow 3-5 Business Days for standard in-stock products to ship.
  • All splitters are custom made to order with a standard turnaround time of 3-4 weeks.*
  • Shipping costs online are not valid for multiple Splitter Kits, Splitter Blades, or product combination orders. Secondary rates will apply - our staff will contact you after your order has been placed.
  • Oversized shipping costs may apply to custom sized splitters outside the standard dimensions - our staff will contact you after your order has been placed.
  • International Shipping available. Please email us at sales@racebredcomponents.com for a shipping quote.
  • Shipping costs valid for Continental U.S. only.
  • Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • If you have not received an item or received a damaged item, please keep the packaging and contact us within 21 calendar days to process a claim. DO NOT discard of the packaging.
  • Shipping claims may take 5-7 business days to be processed/approved.

LOCAL PICKUP POLICY:

By choosing to do local pickup, you acknowledge that you are able to pick up your order on the scheduled appointment date. Failure to show up to your scheduled appointment without 24 hour notice will incur a $50 No-Show Fee. No-show fees must be paid in order to re-schedule or shipping charges will be applied. Curbside pickup appointments have a 15 minute grace period. No exceptions.

Curbside pickups must be made within 30 days of receiving order pick up emails. If order is not picked up within 30 days, products will be returned to inventory or fulfilled to the next-in-queue for high-demand items.
