Racebred Components Splitter Kits are designed to help increase front-end stability and grip, while reducing lift. Developed with the weekend racer in mind, our Splitter Kits key features are strength, durability, and cost effectiveness. All Splitter Kits include chassis mounted Racebred Components Quick Release Splitter Brackets, 1/2" Thick Resin Impregnated Birch Splitter Blade, and Grade 8/10 hardware. 

Splitter Diffuser Tunnels and 3D Splitter Endplates are optional add-ons that are available for our Civic Type R FL5 Splitter Kit to increase front-end downforce and efficiency by 30%. Splitter Diffuser Tunnels are designed in to increase the low pressure zone underneath the splitter, while Splitter Endplates help seal off the edges of a splitter and create vortices and flow structures leading to an increase in overall downforce and front grip.

NOTE: Product photos and vehicles showcase prototype models and may not be representative of production ready models. Installation requires (4) holes to be drilled into the US/CAN Spec OEM bumper support and slight undertray trimming.* Modifications may be required to fit some aftermarket intercoolers. Installation process and time may vary depending on other aftermarket components. International vehicles without US/CAN Spec bumper support will require modifications for installation. Depending on application, Splitter Diffuser Tunnels will require modifications to plastic fender liner. Subject to bumper design, splitter size and material, additional bracing with cables or rods may be required and is left to users discretion. Quick Release Splitter Brackets are best accompanied with Quik Latch Bumpers or Dzus Fasteners. Splitters may require modifications for desired fitments. Splitters are manufactured for race use and may show some cosmetic imperfections due to a number of manufacturing processes involved.
